Contacts loses categories

Contacts loses categories
When a PPC device has a hard reset, it loses its information, including
Contacts. So the bug here is that the built-in backup/restore facility
for Contacts on some PPCs does not save the categories for the Contacts.
The missing categories can then propagate to other software that synchronizes
with Concats. The work-around is to use more robust backup/restore software.
Two commercial offerings thought to work better are Sprite Backup

and PhatWare Pocket dbExplorer
(main site).
